THINK SNOW !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Highlights from Feb meeting

Trails were talked about and are ready for snow, bridges at the base of Sundown and by Menards will not be put back in place this year do the lack of snow

Club ride and chilli feed have been cancelled

Volunteers are needed for 4 hour shifts to help with the Snocross event at Sundown on March 3rd and 4th contact Tom Spalla for info

President Spalla gave a summary of the club finances and outlook,  The past 3 years have been a disaster has for snowfall and now the membership has declined from 141 to 66. We should be able to weather the storm for several more years because of financial planning of the past few years. The Club will continue on has we all wait for this weather pattern to turn around like it was 4 years ago when we were open a record 88 straight days.

New club names have been discussed

Also the club next month will be voting on letting Snow Bikes into the club, these are new around the country but the club has received a request and we are checking with our insurance to make sure they are covered ,  A snow bike is like a motorcycle except it has a track like a snowmobile and no front tire it has 1 ski. If you would like to see these in action come to Sundown on March 3,4 where they will be racing them.

Club voted 15-1 and adjourned
